Lagniappe builders is an unlimited licensed residential general contractor in the states of North and South Carolina. We deliver residential construction services in three formats: Custom Design and Build, Remodel, and Development. We are based in Charlotte, North Carolina and serve clients within a 75-mile radius. Our team delivers exceptional results through unmatched expertise in client engagement, project management, quality assurance and design creativity.

What We Do
We are a full-service Design Build General Contractor. We do projects as small as a guest bathroom remodel all the way to custom home design and construction and lots in between. We work across the Charlotte metro region and the Lake Norman area, with a concentration in areas within 5 miles of uptown.
Our Motto
Our motto at Lagniappe is “We build it like We own it”. We truly live that out with each project that we take on. A large renovation or custom new home takes on a life of its own.
